The Certified Ceramic Tile Specialist (CCTS) program is the only certification program specifically designed by and for ceramic tile salespeople. Through the CCTS program, companies can gain the prestige, professional recognition, expanded knowledge and increased customer satisfaction through documented sales competence. In this webinar, you will learn the history, benefits and expectations of the CCTS Program with CTDA's Certification committee Chairman John Zolman. Donato Pompo, University of Ceramic Tile and Stone (UofCTS), will review the updated CCTS Study Guide as well as the new online study guide.

John Zolman started his professional carrer in 1984 with Easy Heat, Inc. a manufacturer of electric heating cable products. John spent 10 years in product manufacturing and project design and 6 years as the sales manager for electrical and HVAC distribution. John joined Miles Distributors, Inc. a five location ceramic tile and natural stone distributor in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio in 2000 as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Miles Distributors, Inc. is a member of both the CTDA and the NTCA. John is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Miles Distributors, Inc., the chairman of CTDA's Certification Committee and sits on CTDA's Board of Directors.

Donato Pompo is the founder of Ceramic Tile and Stone Consultants, Inc. (CTaSC) and the University of Ceramic Tile and Stone (UofCTS). Donato established the UofCTS in 2002 and has developed many online courses for the floor covering industry. Donato was an installer in the union, a distributor and importer for 17 years, a sales manager for a manufacturer of installation products. Donato's company not only specializes in training, but they are forensic investigators of job failures and provides quality control and testing services. Donato has over 35 years’ experience to include installation, distribution, and manufacturing of installation systems. In addition, Donato has a biochemistry education with a MBA degree.
