CTDA Webinar: What to do when a Customer has a Failure

The next CTDA webinar is scheduled for Thursday, December 21, 2017, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CDT on "What to do when a Customer has a Failure" with Shawn Mitcham, Technical Services Claims Supervisor, MAPEI.

Shawn Mitcham has been with MAPEI for 13 years and currently manages the claim function for Technical Service. He also coordinates the development of warranty documents, and reviews technical literature. He is responsible for claim sample investigation process between Technical Department, and R&D team. This includes applying and evaluating samples, preparing reports, and coordinating/approving responses to claims. Shawn’s additional responsibilities in line with this are to respond to legal actions and act as an authority on MAPEI products for lawsuits.
