If you are a CTDA member and you'd like to sign up to access the CTDA Electronic Resource Center, just follow these steps:

1. Download the ERC Sign-Up form by clicking here. (This is a PDF form. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it here.).
2. Fill out the appropriate information and fax back to CTDA at
630-790-3095.
3. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with your login ID and password.

Please note: You must be a current CTDA member in order to gain access to the CTDA ERC.
