You Can Hire a Manager, But You Can't Hire an Owner

There is a big difference in the responsibilities of someone that is the manager of a business and the individual who is the owner. Unfortunately, there are too many owners that have gotten ‘stuck’ in the position of being the manager or worse yet, being the salesperson.

An owner in this position has a business that is suffering from lack of direction and leadership. This session will provide guidance to separating the two and helping the owner to become THE owner.
