Purpose
The purpose of Total Solutions Plus is to annually bring the ceramic tile industry together to network and learn from each other.

Special Rules
No one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled Total Solutions Plus meetings or events.

Tour Policies
Please register in advance. All leisure activities have a minimum participation requirement and are subject to cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be provided for that activity. Individuals canceling within 72 hours of a tour will not be refunded, and on-site registration will be on a space-available basis only.

Dress Code
Your Total Solutions Plus Planning Committee has planned a casual convention in the relaxed atmosphere of the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, TX.. Policy with regard to meeting dress codes includes the following: Men - slacks, open neck, banded collar or polo shirts, sweaters, walking shorts, no ties/jackets. Women - slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters, walking shorts, open neck banded collar or polo shirts. Keep in mind that meeting rooms tend to be cooler than the outside temperature.

Transportation Information

Taxi: Cost varies according to distance and time.  Approximate cost from airport to hotel is $38 not including gratuities

SA Trans Shuttle (210)-281-9900: $35 dollars per person and $50 round-trip.  Reservations required for shuttle pickup from hotel to airport.

Town car / Sedan Service: Cost is $75 each way including gratuity.  Sedans can comfortably accommodate two passengers with moderate luggage or three passengers with light luggage.  This service is provided by Elegant Transportation- (210) 225-5466

Limousine Service: Cost from airport to hotel is $99 one-way with gratuity included.

Fifteen Passenger Van: Cost is $92 one-way including gratuity.  This service is provided by Elegant Transportation- (210) 225-5466

Mini-Bus: Cost varies based on number of people.  Base rate for up to 23 people is $145 with gratuity included.  The base rate for up 36 people is $160 with gratuity included.

Take 410 West and follow it as it turns into 410 South. Exit onto Hwy 151 West/Sea World (Exit 9A.) Continue on 151 West for about 2.5 miles, take the Westover Hills Blvd Exit, and take your first available right (at the windmill) onto Hyatt Resort Dr. and continue straight. If you have missed the Hyatt Resort Dr. turn, go to the stop light ahead at Westover Hills Blvd., turn right onto Westover Hills Blvd and then take your first immediate right onto Rogers Rd. Go about a quarter of a mile and you will see the entrance to Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa on the left.

From Houston
From I-10 West to San Antonio, exit onto 90 West/ Del Rio Exit (It is just outside of Downtown San Antonio). Continue to 90 West until you see the exit for 151 West/Sea World Exit. Continue on 151 West/Sea World for approx. 8.5 miles, Exit Westover Hills Blvd. And take an immediate right (at the windmill) onto Hyatt Resort Dr. If you have missed the Hyatt Resort Dr. turn, go to the stop light ahead at Westover Hills Blvd., turn right onto Westover Hills Blvd. and then take your first immediate right onto Rogers Rd. Go about a quarter of a mile and you will see the entrance to our San Antonio Texas resort on the left.

From Dallas or Austin
From I-35 South, take 410 West for approx 25 minutes. 410 West will turn into 410 South. Exit onto Hwy 151 West/Sea World (Exit 9A.) Continue on 151 West for about 2.5 miles, take the Westover Hills Blvd Exit, and take your first available right (at the windmill) onto Hyatt Resort Dr. and continue straight. If you have missed the Hyatt Resort Dr. turn, go to the stop light ahead at Westover Hills Blvd., turn right onto Westover Hills Blvd. and then take your first immediate right onto Rogers Rd. Go about a quarter of a mile and you will see the entrance to the resort on the left.
