General Information

The purpose of Total Solutions Plus is to annually bring the ceramic tile industry together to network and learn from each other.

Special Rules
No one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled Total Solutions Plus meetings or events.

Tour Policies
Please register in advance. All leisure activities have a minimum participation requirement and are subject to cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be provided for that activity. Individuals canceling within 72 hours of a tour will not be refunded, and on-site registration will be on a space-available basis only.

Dress Code
Your Total Solutions Plus Planning Committee has planned a casual convention in the relaxed atmosphere of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, FL. Policy with regard to meeting dress codes includes the following: Men - slacks, open neck, banded collar or polo shirts, sweaters, walking shorts, no ties/jackets. Women - slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters, walking shorts, open neck banded collar or polo shirts. Keep in mind that the average high in Bonita Springs in October is 88°F, with an average low of 69°F. Meeting rooms tend to be cooler than the outside temperature. Naples Transportation & Tours (NT&T) can provide roundtrip ground transportation between the airport and the resort with advance reservations.  Please click here at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival to make reservations.

Upon arrival at RSW proceed to the baggage claim carousel for your flight, even if you did not check any luggage.  You will see a professionally attired NT&T chauffeur holding NAME signage, the chauffeur will assist with your luggage and direct you to your vehicle.

Departure times from the resort should be scheduled approximately 2 hours prior to flight time and vehicles will depart by reservation only.  At your scheduled departure time please meet your chauffeur in the main lobby.

On the day of travel, if for any reason you won’t be arriving or departing on the expected flight (either the airlines cancel the flight or the flight is missed), please contact NT&T’s 24-hour dispatch hotline at 239-262-3006 and kindly provide us with your new flight information. 

Discount vehicle rates apply to online reservations made a minimum of 72 hours prior to service:
The following rates are one-way:
$  60.00 - Private sedan, accommodates up to 3 passengers with standard luggage
$140.00 - Private van, accommodates up to 8 passengers with standard luggage

20% Service Charge/Driver Gratuities and 8% Fuel Surcharge applies

Standard vehicle rates will apply to all reservations made within 72 hours of service.
