General Information
Purpose
The purpose of Total Solutions Plus is to annually bring the ceramic tile industry together to network and learn from each other.
Special Rules
No one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled Total Solutions Plus meetings or events.
Tour Policies
Please register in advance. All leisure activities have a minimum participation requirement and are subject to cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be provided for that activity. Individuals canceling within 72 hours of a tour will not be refunded, and on-site registration will be on a space-available basis only.
Dress Code
Your Total Solutions Plus Planning Committee has planned a casual convention in the very relaxed atmosphere of the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. Western attire is encouraged! Policy with regard to meeting dress codes includes the following:
Men - slacks, open neck, banded collar or polo shirts, sweaters, walking shorts, no ties/jackets.
Women - slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters, walking shorts, open neck banded collar or polo shirts.
Keep in mind that the average high in Phoenix in November is 75°F, with an average low of 48°F. Meeting rooms tend to be cooler than the outside temperature. A light jacket or sweater may be necessary. Click here for the Phoenix, AZ weather forecast.

- 153 south to 143 & Interstate 10- East. (Toward Tucson)
- Continue on I-10 East 11 miles to Wild Horse Pass Blvd. (Exit 162)
- Exit right on Wild Horse Pass Blvd. (Head West)
- Continue right and go through the stop light at 48th Street. (toward the mountain range)
- Follow signs onto the resort grounds and guest registration.
- Enjoy the winding 2-mile drive through the heart of the Sonoran Desert as you traverse past the championship Troon®-managed Whirlwind Golf Club, our "sanctuary," Aji Spa on your right, our two-mile Interpretive Hiking Trail and our replica of the mighty Gila River that was once the lifeblood of these lands.
