CTDA Rocks
The following rocks/metrics have been developed to measure success in achieving CTDA's one, three and ten year plan.

1. Achieve 300 CCTS' by 2008 year end. There are currently 149 CCTS', and Century Tile has just completed testing over 60 people. There are several private testings scheduled or planned in the coming months including: Louisville Tile/Crossville, Orchid Ceramics and D&B Tile. Staff and the Committee members continue to promote and pursue additional private testing opportunities. Additionally, testing is being conducted at Coverings and is again planned for the Management Conference in November.

2. Increase active member companies to 50. There are currently 26 active member companies. All Committee chairs were asked to recruit two new members to their committees this year in an effort to increase the active member companies. To date, none have been reported. All are asked to help encourage companies to become more active. The "Get Active" campaign will be implemented in May.

3. Obtain 200 tuitions for online education by year end. To date 64 online tuitions have been sold in 2008. We are still waiting for the introduction of the Basics of Stone program which we anticipate will have significant interest from our member companies.

4. Achieve 300 distributor company and branch memberships in 2008. Currently there are 321 distributor company and branch members. Final membership renewal mailings and calls have been made. Staff plans to publish the 2008 Roster in May following Coverings.
