We will waive the annual Membership fee, a savings of $3,200. We have three types of Surveys that we will make available. The McQuaig Job Survey®, The McQuaig Word Survey®, and The McQuaig Self Development Report®.

Our standard minimum purchase requirement has previously been 50 Surveys. For CTDA members we will provide three options: We will make the Job Surveys free and we will offer the Word and Self Development Report at: 10 Surveys at $50 each, 50 Surveys at $35 each or 100 Surveys at $30 each. The Word Surveys should be used with all applicants. The Self Development Reports should be used for incumbents at a Managerial and Executive level. They may also be used as a coaching tool for any incumbent.

STEP TWO: ASSESS THE CANDIDATE. Accord objectively measures the behaviors and attributes of your candidates utilizing the tool; The McQuaig™ Word Survey. Employees rarely fail because they lack the experience or skills to do the job. They fail because they lack key behavioral requirements, such as a high sense of urgency or the desire to win. We accurately measure these dimensions and provide you with questions to assess how they have impacted past job performance.

STEP THREE: The McQuaig™ Self Development Report:RETAIN & MOTIVATE. This Report provides valuable insights into what motivates the individual. It is an extrapolation of the Word Survey that is specific to the individual’s personal and professional growth.
