CTDA March Webinar - Team Communication & Alignment

CTDA: Shade Variation Survey
The CTDA Education Committee has created a Shade Variation Task Force to review the program and recommend updates if necessary. Information on the Shade Variation Program can be found at: http://www.ctdahome.org/education/shade.shtml.

The Task Force is currently considering including a stone section. The Task Force believes the Shade Variation program can work for not only ceramic tile but stone as well. Please take a moment to respond to the brief survey: http://www.createsurvey.com/c/77796-kPDKIV/.

CCTS: Testing at Coverings
The next CTDA hosted testing is scheduled to be held prior to Coverings on Monday, April 26th at the Rosen Centre Hotel (across the street from the Orange County Convention Center) from 2:00 - 5:00pm. Attention CTDA Distributors: Compensation Survey Deadline Extended
The Compensation Survey Deadline has been extended to MARCH 15TH! Hiring and keeping good employees is essential to the profitability of your business, especially in today’s economy. To achieve that goal, you must consider your overall employee compensation plan, not just your pay scales, but your benefits program as well, in comparison to other firms in distribution. To do this you must participate in the 2010 CTDA Compensation Survey.
