CTDA February Webinar - Medium Bed Mortars: The Future of Adhesive for Large Format Tile

Ceramic Tiles of Italy Design Competition: 2010 Call for Entries
Architects and interior designers based in North America are invited to submit domestic and international new construction and renovation projects completed between January 2005 and January 2010. Award recipients will be announced at the Ceramic Tiles of Italy Press Conference during Coverings. Deadline for submission is February 19th. CTDA: 2010 Dues
CTDA 2010 dues were sent out via email and mail in December to all principal contacts. You may review and pay your 2010 dues invoice online at www.ctdahome.org/onlinedues. If you would like to have your 2010 dues invoice emailed to you to pay by check or to pay in two installments contact CTDA staff at info@ctdahome.org. Please complete your 2010 dues payment and update your company information no later than January 29, 2010.

We are looking forward to making 2010 a successful year! Thank you in advance for your continued support of and participation in CTDA.

CTDA: CCTS Recertification Deadline
Recertification Applications must be received no later than December 31st of your renewal year. CTDA will accept applications through the end of January, at that time anyone not recertified will no longer have their CCTS designation. For each three-year period there is a renewal fee of $125 paid with the Recertification Application.

SunTouch introduces new Coated WarmWire®
SunTouch has added a clear outer jacket to its WarmWire cable. This new jacket now allows WarmWire to be installed in wet applications, like showers. The jacket is composed of high impact resistant polyurethane, a very tough and flexible material.

Installers will see the benefits immediately. Increased flexibility allows the WarmWire to be easily shaped to the floor’s various contours. The new polyurethane coating generates very little “memory”, allowing the wire to lay flat. Flexibility is not the only benefit the new coating offers. Installers will benefit from WarmWire’s increased resistance to job-site abuse, such as accidental cuts and punctures associated with job-site debris, random foot traffic, and grout joint cleaning tools.
