Florida Tile has taken advantage of Private Testing in 2009 and has already certified 50 people! At the Coverings 2009 testing the following 6 people became CCTS': Julie Machak, Tile Inc., Curt Higham, Ames Tile & Stone, Travis Johnson, Syverson Tile & Stone, and Susan Bleck, Robert Pierce, and Melvin Hurt from Century Tile.

In addition Louisville Tile Distributors has recently confirmed 2 private testing dates this September!

POP Display Now Available
The CTDA certification committee has developed a Point of Purchase Display for all companies who employ Certified Ceramic Tile Salespersons. If you have already conducted a Private Testing at your location, contact CTDA staff at info@ctdahome.org to receive the template for your POP Display.

CCTS Recertification
Each CCTS must renew their certification at three year intervals. If a CCTS does not re-certify, he/she is no longer considered a Certified Ceramic Tile Salesperson and may no longer use the CCTS designation or logo. All certifications expire at the end of a calendar year, regardless of the original testing date.

CTDA will email/mail notices to each CCTS advising them of the renewal requirements. Recertification Applications must be received no later than December 31st of your renewal year. For each three year period there is a renewal fee of $125. It must be paid when the Recertification Application is submitted. To access the Recertification Application click here.
